High vacuum treatment process
Agilent Vacuum uses a rigorous high vacuum treatment process to ensure the superior quality of ion pumps:
- Ion pump The pump body and all internal materials are degassed under a strict ultra-high vacuum environment at 450ºC
- Each ion pump is RGA analyzed before leaving the factory and packaged under vacuum seal

Customized design according to the special requirements of users
According to user requirements, customized pump body structure can be provided:
- Cryogenic cylinders and titanium sublimation pumps are available for side or bottom mounting
- Custom ion pumps with compound getter (NEG) modules
- Integrated heating and baking device
- Extension interface

Baking heater
- The corresponding baking heating device can be selected to better bake the pump body
- Simplify operations

High voltage power cord
- The new high voltage power cord has a "high voltage safety interlock" function to avoid potential discharge risks
- Automatically cut off the high voltage output when the power cord is disconnected from the pump body
